SCARF is pleased to announce that we are once again participating in the 29th annual Walnut Creek Art & Wine Festival for our 3rd consecutive year on June 5th & 6th.

SCARF Inc., is a non-profit 501(3)(c) organization that was founded in 2007. The name SCARF stands for the Sherri Tennant Melanoma Cancer Awareness & Research Foundation. After fighting for over ten years, Sherri lost her battle with melanoma in 2006. Her research and passion to help others lives on today through SCARF. We are excited to be able to sponsor another booth this year at the Walnut Creek Art & Wine Festival to help educate the public about the early detection and prevention of melanoma, while providing an increased awareness of melanoma treatment options for all ages. Look for our booth with the familiar SCARF logo and drop by to say hello!

We still have open time slots to help run the booth. If you're interested in volunteering, please click here for available time slots, and contact one of the board members to sign you up. We have a lot of fun every year!
